EYLINA does not take any responsibility for any product signed by an alternate person other than the person placing the order at the address mentioned at the time of order.
Since all transactions are authorized by the cardholder, EYLINA does not take any responsibility for incorrect address or any incorrect information recorded at the time of placing the order.
The order will not be redirected or redelivered to any other address under any circumstances.
All products shall only be delivered in the areas accessible and serviced by EYLINA.
EYLINA does not take any responsibility after the product has been delivered. EYLINA shall communicate upon placing the order and confirm your order. In case there is a failure in delivery due to any such reasons, the customer would be contacted again (2nd attempt) to redeliver goods and levy additional delivery charges for the second attempt.
EYLINA would term an order delivery “failed” in the below cases
Delivery unsuccessful due to incorrect address
Customer unavailable at said address
In case of any natural calamity or strike or bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the order
In case the order is not delivered due to any reason the customer shall be advised about the same
All claims with regards to shortage or damage should be reported directly to customer service on the day of delivery through the website contact us page. In case of shortage the same should be mentioned on the challan and returned to the delivery person
Delivery charges may vary based on products packaging size and volume, and other considerations.
